Notes/Troubleshooting

* Having strange connection problems? It has been noted by us that the Additional Search Domains area in the TCP/IP control panel is sometimes empty by mistake. If you have errors when having Netscape or Eudora connect to our s ite, open the TCP/IP control panel and confirm that nabi.net is located in the Additional Search Domains box.
* To connect to Tabletoptelephone Internet go into the Control Panels folder and open the Remote Access control panel to dial-in. From here you can also check to see that you have the right access number selected and that the user name is configured correctly.
* Once you hve successfully connected, locate Internet Explorer on your hard drive (it was probably installed when OS 9 was loaded) and double-click on its icon to load it. From there, you can go to our Web page and find helpful tutorials.
